The Artist

Creating Beauty, One Stroke at a Time

Gaby Flores, also known as Paint Dulce, is an illustrator who dabbles in inks, watercolor and gouache paintings. An LA native who has lived in Mexico, aspects of her culture deeply influence her works, finding inspiration in the sweet, the macabre, and that which lies between. Her work is meant to inspire an appreciation for the formative feelings we must experience to form our personal identities, be they the reprieve of peace or those bitter feelings we would prefer to forget.
